WHY THIS CONSTANT SKIN BREAK-OUTS AND BLEMISHES?

Have you stopped to ask yourself what other factors might be linked to your constant skin break-outs and blemishes?
Have you had a good check on your towels and bed linens? Yes, they can contribute to your skin issues.

No matter how clean you might get, no matter how long you spend in the bathroom, you are always shedding cells.
Oils and dead skin cells are still on your skin and when you dry your skin with a towel, most of the residual oils and dead cells are transferred to the towel.

Any wandering bacteria can land on your moist towel and start a breeding process there.
Bacteria, fungus, dead skin cells, oils and other debris are then collected by the towel, which ends up causing skin infections, acne, and irritations upon continuous use without washing.

Fungi grow optimally at room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and bacteria grow optimally at body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius. Your moist towel can be a good breeding ground and continuous use of that towel affects your skin.

Same applies to your bed linens.
Most times oils on your hair are smeared on the pillow cases, as you turn while sleeping they get on your face.
Also toxins are released from your body in form of sweats and these sweats tend to clog on your skin pores, thereby causing skin break outs and irritations.

Some ladies who sleep with their make ups on their face are doing double hazard on their skin because they close up the pores and some get stained on their bed-sheets which on prolonged stay tend to attract fungal growth.

Ensure you change your bath towels and bed sheet atleast every week.
Remove them and wash thoroughly with a clean water.
Wash your towels with hot water.
You can add 1 cup of white vinegar, a cup of baking soda and detergent into the washing machine, then add your towels and bed linens.

Always ensure you spread out your towels under the sun.
Do not leave them moist in the bathroom, you are simply encouraging  growth of micro organisms.

Do you need a separate towel for your face?
Yes!!!
Don't use same towel for your body on your face. The face is a sensitive part of your body and tends to easily get infected and irritated.

Now we've treated the issue of prolonged use of towels and bed linens,
let's see the improvement we shall get out of this.
Remember our goal is keeping the skin ever glowing and radiating. Let's get to work.
